New ASL interpreter program graduates first class →
The first graduates of a new program in “American sign language interpreting studies” received their diplomas Saturday at the University of Louisville in Kentucky. The program, which began in 2010, includes coursework in American sign language and is designed to help address a rising demand for ASL interpreters in businesses, schools and hospitals expected to occur over the next 10 years.
